VISLON® Flat

VISLON® Flat
The VISLON® zipper is made of injected plastic elements, such as polyacetal resin.
It is lighter than metal zippers of the same size.
Rich element color variations are created by formulating the color pigment during the injection process.
New variation, mirror like finish, has lined up with VISLON® Flat type of size 5.

Reverse use is not available.

[Strength]
Strength is slightly lower than standard VISLON®.
This product is not recommended when individual teeth attachment strength is required such as luggage and boots.
Please contact a YKK representative for details if you have any questions or concerns on this topic.

For VISLON® Flat with mirror like finish
・Not available for reversible use because the foil is attached only to one side.
・Some strengths of these zippers are lower than standard ones.
・Do not use these products for luggage or shoes / boots.
・Please close the zipper when washing / drying.
・We have perormed the washing test(AATCC143/5 times) and the dry cleaning test(5 times) internally and confirmed there is no significant delamination.
・Please note that each customer is responsible for testing these zippers under their own conditions to determine suitability for their application prior to ordering for actual use. We strongly encourage such testing.
